All express orders to United States and Canada require a physical address - unfortunately, our express couriers are not able to deliver to Po Boxes.

For all shipments to United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman & Saudi Arabia a Po Box is required in the address details.

RingTik does not refund shipping charges for packages that are undeliverable or refused/unclaimed by customers.
